About the Project

A well-known footwear company with a strong retail history had no real digital presence. Despite brand loyalty and distribution, their ecommerce footprint was dated, hard-coded, and entirely dependent on manual processes.

Cognativ was brought in as a Virtual CTO to lead a full-stack transformation. We designed and delivered a modern ecommerce platform using TotalCommerce, allowing the client to launch four new consumer brands without hiring a large internal tech team.
